Definitions

“Parent”: The parent or legal guardian responsible for enrolling the child and agreeing to these terms.
“Child”: The minor participating in the football coaching sessions.
“Coach”: The individual(s) employed or commissioned by CDM Community Sports t/a Little Lions Football to deliver the coaching sessions.
“Session”: A scheduled football coaching class provided by Little Lions Football.
“Fee”: The monetary charge for participation in the sessions.
“Premises”: The location where the football coaching sessions are conducted.
“Us/We/Little Lions Football”: CDM Community Sports t/a Little Lions Football

By enrolling your child in our sessions, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Any variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by Little Lions Football.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks.
We are not liable for any injury or loss suffered by you or your child during our sessions, except where such injury or loss arises due to our negligence.

Monthly Fees: Fees are charged on a monthly basis, regardless of the number of sessions held in a given month, including during public holidays or planned breaks.
Failed Payments: If we cannot process your payment and funds are not received within 7 days of your billing anniversary, we reserve the right to suspend your child’s participation in sessions until payment is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Parent: You may cancel your child’s enrollment at any time.
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before your next billing anniversary to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Cooling off period: You may cancel free of charge at any point before your first session, in accordance with your statutory right to a cooling off period. However once your child attends their first session this cooling off period no longer applies.
- Mid-Month Cancellation: If you cancel midway through a billing period, your child may continue attending sessions until the end of that billing period.
- Missed Sessions: Refunds are not available for any missed sessions.
- Cancellation by Us: If we are forced to cancel a session, and cannot reasonably reschedule or offer an alternative, you will receive a pro-rated refund for that month’s fee.

New Families Only: The referred child must not have been a paying member before; one account per household.
Friend’s Free Month: The referred family’s first month is free, delivered as an extended free trial. Payment details are taken at booking; the first payment date is shown at checkout and confirmed by email.
Referrer’s Reward: The referrer’s reward is one child’s standard monthly fee, applied as credit to their next payment after the referred family’s first monthly membership payment. If the referred family cancels during their free month, no reward is due.
Credit: Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. It stays on your account and applies to your next payment.
Annual Cap: Rewards are capped at 6 per household per rolling 12 months; rewards beyond the cap may be reviewed before being applied.
Misuse: We may withhold, refuse or reclaim rewards where we reasonably suspect misuse (for example self-referral, or the same household referring itself).
Changes to the Scheme: The scheme, including the size of the offer and reward, can be changed or withdrawn at any time; referrals already earned are unaffected.

Parental Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during sessions. All our coaches are fully trained and certified to look after children but we do require every child’s parent/guardian to stay on the premises and within view of their child.
Appropriate Attire: Children must wear suitable sports clothing and footwear during sessions.
Health Information: Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the session.
Behavior: Disruptive behavior may result in the child being asked to leave the session.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided during registration is used solely to deliver our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We will notify you of any changes via our website or email.
By enrolling your child with Little Lions Football, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
