Definitions

• “Parent”: The parent or legal guardian responsible for enrolling the child and agreeing to these terms.
• “Child”: The minor participating in the football coaching sessions.
• “Coach”: The individual(s) employed or commissioned by CDM Community Sports t/a Little Lions Football to deliver the coaching sessions.
• “Session”: A scheduled football coaching class provided by Little Lions Football.
• “Fee”: The monetary charge for participation in the sessions.
• “Premises”: The location where the football coaching sessions are conducted.
• “Us/We/Little Lions Football”: CDM Community Sports t/a Little Lions Football

Acceptance of Terms

• By enrolling your child in our sessions, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• Any variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by Little Lions Football.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Waiver of Liability

• You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks.
• We are not liable for any injury or loss suffered by you or your child during our sessions, except where such injury or loss arises due to our negligence.

Booking and Payment

• Monthly Fees: Fees are charged on a monthly basis, regardless of the number of sessions held in a given month, including during public holidays or planned breaks.
• Pro-Rated First Month: If your child joins partway through a month, the first month’s fee will be pro-rated based on the remaining sessions in that billing period.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via [insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, direct debit].
• Failed Payments: If we cannot process your payment and funds are not received within 7 days of your billing anniversary, we reserve the right to suspend your child’s participation in sessions until payment is received.
• Cancellation and Refunds
• Cancellation by Parent: You may cancel your child’s enrollment at any time.
• Notice Period: Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before your next billing anniversary to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Cooling off period: You may cancel free of charge at any point before your first session, in accordance with your statutory right to a cooling off period. However once your child attends their first session this cooling off period no longer applies. 
• Mid-Month Cancellation: If you cancel midway through a billing period, your child may continue attending sessions until the end of that billing period.
• Missed Sessions: Refunds are not available for any missed sessions.
• Cancellation by Us: If we are forced to cancel a session, and cannot reasonably reschedule or offer an alternative, you will receive a pro-rated refund for that month’s fee. 

Conduct and Safety

• Parental Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during sessions. All our coaches are fully trained and certified to look after children but we do require every child’s parent/guardian to stay on the premises and within view of their child.
• Appropriate Attire: Children must wear suitable sports clothing and footwear during sessions.
• Health Information: Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the session.
• Behavior: Disruptive behavior may result in the child being asked to leave the session.

Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Information provided during registration is used solely to deliver our services.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• We will notify you of any changes via our website or email.
• By enrolling your child with Little Lions Football, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
